Facility Protocols

All high-touch areas will be sanitized daily. Professional cleaners will be coming weekly to do a deep clean of the facility.



All individuals will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the facility.
 



All individuals will be asked to alert staff members if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last visit. We will send email notifications to all potentially exposed persons if there is a confirmed case of COVID-19.

Please familiarize yourself with, and check regularly for updates, the CDCs guidance information located at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus and be conscious of any COVID-19 indicators you may be experiencing. Be sure to self-symptom check, including taking your temperature, at home before leaving for the office.

If you are you experiencing any of the following COVID-19 symptoms:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Difficulty breathing

Or at least two of these symptoms
- Fever of 100.4 or greater
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell

 

DO NOT COME TO THE FACILITY.

 



We will adhere to the current guidelines from the CDC and San Mateo County.

We will not require individuals to wear masks in the facility.

 



The only individuals allowed to enter our facility will be players, coaches, and SF Elite Staff members.

For clinics/practices/FEP class sizes may be subject to change per San Mateo County guidelines

Any non-SF Elite member renting court space will need to provide their own equipment.

All players are required to place their belongings in the storage compartments. We ask that players only bring what is necessary and avoid bringing in large bags. Available storage compartments will be marked to maintain physical distancing.
 



We will still accept payments by credit card through our website or at the facility, check, cash, and our Venmo account.

 



We ask that all individuals maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet whenever possible. We are trying to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19.
