All high-touch areas will be sanitized daily. After each practice session, we will be sanitizing all volleyballs and courts. Professional cleaners will be coming weekly to do a deep clean of the facility.
All individuals will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the facility. In addition to the sanitizers located at the entrance and front area, each court will have hand sanitizer for players and coaches to use.
All members and staff will be required to complete a mandatory Health Declaration and waiver prior to day 1 of any camp/clinic/practice to confirm that they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor have come into contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms.
Any individual entering the facility will be subject to having their body temperatures taken via touchless thermometers. Any individual with a body temperature greater than 100.4 degrees will not be permitted to enter the facility.
All individuals will be asked to alert staff members if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last visit. We will send email notifications to all potentially exposed persons if there is a confirmed case of COVID-19.

Per San Mateo County, we are requiring that individuals that enter the facility have a face covering. If any individual does not have a face covering, they will be asked to leave our premises. Our staff will be provided with face masks, which will be required for them to wear at all times.
Players will not have to wear face coverings while practice on the court, but once players are in any other open space we ask that face coverings be worn and that social distancing is practiced. Players are more than welcome to wear face masks while playing.
We will not require individuals to wear gloves in the facility or as a requirement to enter the facility.
The only individuals allowed to enter our facility will be players, coaches, and SF Elite Staff members. We ask that parents/guardians drop-off at the front of our facility and pick-up at the NORTH exit of the facility. We will have a one-way entrance and exit. We will ask individuals to exit on the NORTH exit of the facility (Court 4 side).
For every 2 hour time block, only 3 courts will be occupied to limit the number of individuals in the facility at any given time. Courts will be alternated to ensure proper cleaning.
For clinics/practices/FEP we will be limiting class sizes per San Mateo County guidelines
Any non-SF Elite member renting court space will need to provide their own equipment.
We ask that players only bring what is necessary and avoid bringing in large bags. Available storage areas will be marked to maintain physical distancing.
The facility will be open 10 minutes before practice start times. The facility will be closed and unavailable for use between practices to ensure the facility and all equipment is disinfected.
During the initial reopening period, the following will be out of service:
- Water fountain
- Keurig Coffee Maker
During this time, we ask that all individuals bring their own water. We will temporarily suspend our snack sales but will continue to have our beverages for sale. If you need any items (first aid, etc.), please ask the front desk for assistance.
We will still accept payments by credit card through our website or at the facility, check, cash, and our Venmo account.
Players will have a contactless check-in process via QR code scanning. We ask that all players remember to bring their QR code ID with them to every session they are attending to ensure they are accounted for in their sessions
We ask that all individuals maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet whenever possible. We are trying to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19.
At this time, we ask athletes to not high-five.
