Kiley Ayoso was born and raised on the beautiful islands of Hawaii. Kai started his athletic carrier playing a lot of division I sports (Football, Soccer, Baseball, Basketball & his favorite VOLLEYBALL). Following high school, he attended the University of Hawaii playing on the Volleyball Team as an outside hitter / setter as well as on the Baseball team as a catcher. Shortly after, he decided to join the United States Air Force and played on the Air Force Team traveling the globe looking for his next match.
Now as a seasoned athlete he spends his days coaching and developing young talent in multiple sports. The beliefs of hard work, putting in effort and being coach-able have brought him much success! Developing the proper skills to succeed on and off the court is his overall goal for any athlete he trains. So be ready to be at the top of your game!
On the days he’s not coaching you can find him building custom homes with his crew and just enjoying life with his family. If you love what you do and you do what you love than it’s not work but a gift!
Sinead grew up playing volleyball in San Francisco, competing for Beach Vibes Volleyball Club before continuing her career as a setter at UC Santa Cruz and later at UC San Diego.
She began coaching in 2020 with Sand City Volleyball Club in Santa Cruz and has since worked with athletes ranging from 10–17 years old. While in San Diego, Sinead coached at Coast Volleyball Club, where she assisted with the 15-1s and 17-1s and served as head coach for the 10-1s and 11-2s. She is excited to be back in the Bay Area and lead SF Elite’s 11-1s this season!
Especially when coaching young athletes, Sinead emphasizes strong fundamentals, confidence, communication, and competitiveness while creating an environment whereathletes can grow and genuinely love the game. She hopes her players leave each season not only as stronger volleyball players, but also as more confident teammates and competitors.
